Our sculpt & tone online challenge is here to help you stay consistent for 35 days, to feel good within & to see results in the mirror. This challenge involves 20-30 minute workouts changing from Hyper signature style, strength training, mat pilates & HITT.  If winter has left you reaching for a few more comfort foods this is the time to make positive changes in the kitchen that will leave you feeling so damn good fom within. From your mat to the kitchen, we have you covered to helping you feel your best coming into Spring.

 WHAT’S INCLUDED?

4 x 20-30 minute follow along workouts each week, you can do, anywhere & anytime. These workouts focus on fine tuning the feminine physique – working towards core definition, stronger more lifted glutes & sculpted arms.

Follow along weekly meal plan to take the guessing out of what to cook for brekki, lunch & dinner.

An optional progressive running program you can add into your weekly schedule that is suitable for beginners right up to avid runners.
