Trainer and new mum Victoria and myself wanted to create a mothers group, but for movement. A safe, welcoming, motivating environment for only mums to show up, work out & build strength each week not only physically but mentally. Vic understands how incredible this time is but also the changes and new challenges that arise in the early stages of motherhood. It’s all new – your body, your life, every day is different.
This program is all about doing something for YOU, to regain strength & to feel GOOD whilst doing so. It’s important to give back to YOU and movement has such a profound impact on our mental and physical selves.

What is involved in this program?
These workouts are specifically designed to reintroduce you to movement, reconnect to your core, build overall strength, stamina & work at a slow & steady pace.
Each week we will dive into a different style of training, from mat pilates, Hyper’s Signature style, strength training, intervals & more so you get to try a diverse range of workouts & feel the benefits.
At Hyper we don’t believe in one style of training but incorporating a mix is key to not only enjoying your workouts but seeing & feeling the results of all styles.
You’ll also gain acces to Hyper Mums, our online postpartum program so you can squeeze in some at home workouts. All workouts are pre-recorded, 15-20 min workouts & range from Signature, strength & pilates. You will also have access to Hyper eats, a recipe bank full of delicious healthy gluten & dairy free recipes for some added inspiration in the kitchen. It’s about implimenting realistic healthy habits you can do on a daily basis to fill your cup up, thats what this program is all about.
When are the Mums & Bubs in-studio classes on?
Our Mums & Bubs classes are on every Tuesday 9:45am & Thursday 9:45am
You will also have the option to choose one other class from our schedule if you can make it. This package is $40 a week for the 2 or 3 sessions per week.
