
IN-STUDIO 4 WEEK CHALLENGE – JUST FOR THE MUMS

Our in-studio 4 week challenge designed just for mums to press reset & make the commitment to YOURSELF to work towards becoming a happier, healthier version of you one class at a time. Being a new mum myself, I know it can be hard to fit in a workout or find someone to look after your baby to get that workout in. Whether you’re 6 weeks postpartum or 12 months in, this challenge is designed to get you moving again with other mums who GET IT.
We’ve got a few options available for you to complete this challenge:

- . Two in-studio classes per week + one online class
As well as the workouts I’ve included a 4 week meal plan & recipe ebook to help maximise your results & give you that extra inspiration in the kitchen without the added stress. Family friendly recipes, winter warmer 20 minute dinners, this nutrition guide is simple, easy to follow & will help you to have more energy, feel less bloated & leave you feeling good within.
This is your invitation to get back on the mat. You don’t have to do it all—BUT you do have to start & this is IT!
What’s included?

Our effective classes will vary from our Signature sculpting style to strength which will slowly progress throughout the 4 week challenge so you build overall strength, stamina with a special focus on core strength.

A 4 week challenge with the extra accountability you need right now, a space to show up with other mums who are in the midst of it, helping you realise just how much you can achieve. This challenge will is the first step to starting where you’re at right now whilst working towards where you want to be.
