Being a women’s only studio, our workouts are designed to tone, sculpt & shape the the female physique. We believe we train differently to really taget those hard to tone areas that are normally forgotten. Our trainers will motivate, challenge & encourage you one workout at a time. With over 5 different styles of classes, the diverse range of worjouts ensures you will never get bored.

OUR CLASSES

SIGNATURE
Our signature class uses hand weights, bands, sliders and an upbeat playlist for a full body workout experience. This is a perfect class for newcomers – this class is the essence of what we are all about.

BUNJII
Using an overhead band and a step-up box to support you through this cracker 20 minute cardio sesh where your energy levels will seriously hit the roof. Come back down to earth with 25 mins of straight-out abs. You’re core will be on fire by the end of it.

SWEAT
By the name suggests, this class will make you well and truly sweat. One of our most popular classes, this 45 minute session is broken down into short intervals on the treadmill & floor delivering a full body sweat sesh.

SPICY PILATES
This class has two components, the slow burn paired together with bursts of cardio to get that heart rate up but then bring it straight back down. You will absolutely love this new style of training.

FLOW
This pilates class is designed for a peachy butt and strong set of abs, this is a low-impact class but that doesn’t mean you won’t feel shaky leaving. The burn is oh so real!

STRONG
Using moderate to heavy weights, this class reminds us of an old school pump class set to some upbeat music to keep you going. You’re guaranteed to walk out with a good old burn in all the right places!

FAQ

WHAT DO I BRING TO MY FIRST CLASS?
Yourself, a good attitude, mat (we have some here too, so don’t stress) & water bottle. 

WHAT CLASS WOULD YOU RECCOMEND STARTING WITH?

All our classes are great to start with however we wouldn’t suggest starting with Bunji. Signature & Sweat are the fave’s.

I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN A WHILE, AM I GOING TO BE OK?

The harest part is starting & although that first class is daunting, when you complete your first class, there will be no looking back!
