HYPER ACTIVE CHALLENGE
When
We officially kick things off on Monday 20.2.23 on Hyper Online.
You will use the weekend of the 18th of Feb to get organised, groceries, meal prep, spring clean your pantry & start a fresh.
What is invloved?
This is a 4 week challenge & 20-30 minute workouts 4 x per week. We have also incporporated a beginner, intermediate & advanced running program to pair with these workouts.
The brand new owrkouts range from…
Signature – This is what Hyper is all about. Our signature class uses light weights, a band & sliders to bring you a super fun, high energy workout that will leave you sweating, burning & wanting more.
Pilates – All about that slow, juicy burn but don’t be fooled, you’ll be burning & shaking in all the right places. A modern take on pilates with Nina.
Strength – It’s time to up your weights & slow things down. These sessions will focus on the full body but in particular defining the glutes & building that peachy butt.
What equipment do you need?
- 1kg weights for signature & pilates
- 3kg-5kg weights for strength
- Pilates ball (available in our shop.)
- A long band or theraband
- Mat (availdable in our shop.)
