We’ve got a few options available for you to complete this challenge:

  • . One in-studio class per week + two online classes
  • . Two in-studio classes per week + one online class

Alongside your workouts, you’ll receive a 4-week meal plan and recipe ebook designed specifically with mums and their families in mind. These simple, nutritious meals are quick to make (all under 20 minutes), packed with flavour, and perfect for even the busiest households. It’s all laid out for you & will help you to feel more energised, less bloated, and truly good within.

This is your invitation to get back on the mat. You don’t have to do it all—BUT you do have to start & this is IT!

What’s included?

  • 1–2 In-Studio Workouts Per Week
    Choose what suits you—join us once or twice a week for effective, mum-safe workouts over 5 weeks.

    5-Week Easy-to-Follow Meal Plan
    Designed specifically for busy mums, this plan includes family-friendly brekki, lunch, and dinner recipes that are quick, nutritious, and under 20 minutes to prep.

    Get 24/7 access to 200+ on-demand workouts & recipes to keep you moving and motivated at home.

    Optional Return to Running Program
    Feel ready to lace up again? Take part in our gentle and supportive return to running program.

    Progressive Training Approach
    Classes will gradually build in intensity from our signature sculpting style to functional strength training—designed to boost overall stamina and core strength, safely and effectively.

Our effective classes will vary from our Signature sculpting style to strength which will slowly progress throughout the 4 week challenge so you build overall strength, stamina with a special focus on core strength.
