She’s sweaty, she’s spicy & she’s coming in RED HOT to finish the year on a high & feeling good within. Just because the silly season has begun doesn’t mean you stop working out & nourishing your body. It doesn’t have to be an all or nothing approach, you can still stay consistent with your workouts at home & have drinks with the girls too. This challenge is all about that 80/20 & we will show you exactly how you can achieve this. Let’s finish the year feeling strong, fit & confident within.

WHEN DOES IT START?
We kick things off on Monday the 20th of November & finish on Sunday the 17th of December just in time for Christmas.
What is involved in this challenge?
You will have 4 workouts each week to complete aswell as an option to add in 2 runs each week that will slowly progress throughout the challenge.
Our workouts are specifically designed to help women develop a stronger core and toned glutes, a more defined body. Mia has curated these workouts to be as effective as possible in just 20-30 minutes so you can fit them into your busy schedule at home & get a variety of training styles in each week.
SIGNATURE STYLE – Our fave class here at Hyper, Signature style focuses on fine tuning those smaller muscles you didn’t know existed. You’ll sweat, burn and feel it the next day in all the right places.
STRENGTH TRAINING – Using slightly heavier weights, these strnegth classes with focus on sculpting the glutes. You may not be able to sit on the toilet the next day.
HITT CIRCUIT – A 20 min circuit class to get that heart rate up & then bring it back down. Short intervals to burn calories & tone y0our entire body.
RUN/ WALK – An optional component of this challenge is to incorporate 2-3 x runs each week. There will be different levels to choose from – 1.Never run before, 2. Intermediate & 3. Regular runners.
