As a new mum myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to get back into fitness after having a baby. Juggling everything while also trying to care for your body and mind? It’s a lot. That’s why I’ve created something just for us—a 4-week challenge specifically designed to help mums ease back into fitness and wellness in bite-sized steps.
This program is built from my own postpartum journey so far over the past five months—starting from square one. Whether you’re 6 weeks postpartum or 2 years in, this challenge is designed with you in mind.
It includes both training and nutrition, because we know the two go hand in hand when it comes to feeling stronger, healthier, and more like you again. The workouts are realistic and mum-friendly, and the nutrition guidance is simple and nourishing—no fads, no extremes.
This is your invitation to get back on the mat, fuel your body, and shift your mindset. You don’t have to do it all—just start, one small step at a time.

What’s included?
- At-Home Workouts: 3 pre recorded 20 min postpartum workouts each week, including our unique styles of training, so you get it all in one program.
- Restore your pelvic floor & core: A special focus on abdominal rehab to restore the core & pelvic floor while building overall strength & stamina.
- Live workouts – weekly midmorning LIVE workouts to show up to together as a team, even though we are at home.
- Nutrition Plan: Easy to follow, quick recipes, whole food based nutrition guide for mums (breastfeeding friendly.)
- Weekly check-ins: Stay on track with fortnightly calls to talk all things mindset, monitor your progress & refine your plan as needed for that extra accountability.
- Progress Tracking: Use our weekly checklist to tick off the things that make you feel good and hold you accountable to achieving those weekly habits that will help you to reach those goals.
- Mums challenge insta chat: I will be posting daily in in our challenge chat to check in with you all, give tips, recipes, mindset tools & a place to help each other stay accountable during the challenge as a team.
- Supportive Community of mums: Think mothers group with extra accountability to look after ourselves, connect with like-minded mums for continuous motivation, inspiration, and advice. We are in the thick of it but we are all in it together!
