To all the expecting and new mums, we’ve created these pre- and postnatal workouts with you in mind—to help you stay active, strong, and feeling your best throughout this amazing journey. Your body is doing incredible things, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What is Hyper Mums?

Introducing Hyper Mums, our dynamic pre- and postnatal membership designed to keep you moving safely and feeling great throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Whether you’re staying active during pregnancy or returning to fitness post-baby, we’ve got you covered.

As well as the workouts, you’ll gain access to Hyper Recipes—a collection of delicious, nutrient-packed recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sweet treats. These are here to inspire you in the kitchen and fuel your body with the goodness it deserves.

Join us on this incredible journey through the four trimesters and beyond. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to share this exciting new chapter of Hyper Online with you!

What styles of workouts are involved?

You’ll have access to a variety of workouts, including pilates, Hyper signature and strength training. This means you can mix things up and select the perfect routine that best aligns with your daily energy levels because we know everyday looks and feels different. These workouts range from 15-25 mins so you can squeeze them into your day in the comfort of your own home. 

What equipment do I need?

  • Long band or theraband
  • 1kg weights & 2-3kg weights
  • Pilates ball

How much is Hyper Mums?

We have created a new pregnancy membership which is $19.95 per month, less than $5 per week.
