What is Hyper Bump?
Introducing Hyper Bump, our dynamic pregnancy membership designed to keep you moving safely & feeling good throughout your incredible journey. From the moment Hyper trainer Victoria was 18 weeks pregnant, we both began filming a series of workouts that evolved with her pregnancy & will continue to do so, catering to the changing needs of your growing bump.
To complement your journey, we’ve included access to ‘Hyper Eats,’ a bank of mouth-watering, nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sweet treat recipes that are here for that little added inspiration in the kitchen.

What styles of workouts are involved?
You’ll have access to a variety of workouts, including pilates, Hyper signature and strength training. This means you can mix things up and select the perfect routine that best aligns with your daily energy levels because we know everyday looks and feels differnt during pregnancy. Hyper Bump workouts range from 15-25 mins so you can squeeze them into your day in the comfort of your own home.
What equipment do I need?
- Long band or theraband
- 1kg weights & 2-3kg weights
- Pilates ball
How much is Hyper Bump?
We have created a new pregnancy membership which is $19.95 per month, less than $5 per week.
