Keen to get into running? Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to get into the groove of running but don’t know where to start, or a running enthusiast looking to progress to 5km, 10km or 21km, I have you sorted! Each 4 week program is targeted for the individual as we work together to create an achievable, results driven holiday running program for you to get those legs moving on the track.

  1. Have you been running regularly? If so how often a week?
  2. Are you a complete beginner?
  3. What’s the furthest distance you have run?
  4. How many minutes can you run continuously without having a break?
  5. Do you need help with workouts or just running?
  6. How many times do you want to run weekly? Choose between 2 or 3 run sessions per week.
