Each 4 week program is targeted for the individual as we work together to create an achievable, results driven holiday running program for you to get those legs moving on the track.

- What’s the furthest distance you have run?
- How many minutes can you run continuously without having a break?
- Do you need help with workouts or just running?
- How many times do you want to run weekly? Choose between 2 or 3 run sessions per week.
