14 DAY PULSE & PILATES CHALLENGE 

 

We are taking two of our favourite workout styles, Pilates & Barre – and making them work as one to transform your body & mind. Even though this challenge is low impact you can expect to burn, shake & sweat. We will be targeting your favourite feminine areas – including the gultes, abs & arms. Each day brings a unique approach to the mat, keeping your routine fresh & fun.

What is involved in this challenge?

This challenge involves 12 x 15-20 minute barre/pilates workouts.

Pilates – Expect to feel that deep burn we love, to strength that mind body connection & to lengthen the body. 

Barre – A fresh take on barre to focus on strength & shape.

2 x stretch release sessions to finish each week off lengthened and aligned.

What equipment do I need?

1kg weights, pilates ball, band & sliders.

How much is it?

This challenge is a one off payment of $28.95
