When we asked you what you want to focus on, your response …. I want to tone up!
So here it is – Our 28-day REDEFINE YOURSELF challenge challenge is specifically designed to help women develop a more defined core, toned glutes & sculpted arms in four weeks. Mia has curated these workouts to be as effective as possible in just 20-30 minutes so you can fit them into your busy schedule at home.
We’ve paired these workouts with a delicious, high protein meal plan to take your results to the next level. Together with the workouts & recipes we can’t wait to see what we can achieve in 28 days.
SCULPT & TONE
When does it start?
We are kicking this challenge off straight after Easter long weekend, Monay the 1st of April on Hyper Online.
What is involved in this challenge?
This challenge involves 16 x workouts over 4 weeks. You will have 4 workouts each week to tick off aswell as an option to add in 2 x 30 min interval jogs. Workouts will range from 20-25 mins.
SIGNATURE STYLE – Our fave class here at Hyper, Signature style focuses on fine tuning those smaller muscles you didn’t know existed. You’ll sweat, burn and feel it in all the right places the next day. These workouts are great to be repeated.
STRENGTH TRAINING – Using slightly heavier dumbells, our strength classes with focus on sculpting the glutes with a side of abs & arms. You may not be able to sit on the toilet the next day.
MAT WORKOUT – Our mat sessions are all about that deep burn, especially core strength & stability.
HITT WORKOUT – These sessions will work on our stamina, burn some serious calories & get us FIT AF.
RUN/ WALK – An optional component of this challenge is to incorporate 2 x interval jogs each week. If running isn’t for you, incorporating 30 min walks every day would be ideal!

- 1kg weights
- 3-5kg weights for strength workouts

CHALLENGE MEAL PLAN
We know how important nutrition is when you want to see a full body transformation. During this 28 day challenge, we have paired the workouts with a follow along weekly meal plan to take the guessing out of what to cook for brekki, lunch & dinner.
How long do the dinner recipes take to make?
Most of our dinner recipes can be cooked within 20 minutes. We have made the meal plan suitable for everyone – your family, partner, kids, roommates will LOVE the recipes.
Is the meal plan designed for weight loss?
I’m passionate about showing you just how good healthy eating can be. I’m a big believer eating whole, real foods, following an anti-inflammatory diet, eating mostly gluten & dairy free to reduce inflammation in the body a look after our gut health. By staying consistent with our workouts & recipes, you will see results in the mirror but you will also feel incredible from within.
An example of a day on the plate during this challenge?
- Brekki – Overnight sticky date oats
- Lunch – Satay chicken pad thai noodles
- Dinner – Pesto meatballs
