This is my most favourite time of the year & to celebrate it’s time for one last challenge -SHREDMAS.

12 days straight of 5-10 min challenges to add onto your workouts that will burn your abs, tone your glutes & sculpt your arms. Each challenge will focus on either the abs, arms or ass and change each day. Join me for 12 days of cracker challenges, great music, commentary & a whole lotta fun.

WHEN DOES IT START?

We start Monday the 11th of December & finish Friday the 22nd of December. Remember, these challenges can be done alone or added onto your current workout schedule. Perfect for after a run when you still want a quick & effective burn.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE 12 DAYS OF SHREDMAS?

You will have 12 workouts to complete in 12 days. These workouts range from 5-10 minutes & focus on one body part at a time – either abs, arms or glutes. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

  • 1kg weights
  • 3-5kg weights for strength workouts
  • pilates ball
  • band
  • sliders
