A challenge designed to help you remain consistent, stay connected and accomplish something powerful this winter. We have 8 weeks till the first day of Spring. That’s 56 days to build strength, routine, and momentum. Your commitment? A minimum of 3 classes per week — 24 classes total. We can absolutely do that regardless of the cold weather.

Hyper Fitness’ Founder

Health and fitness has always been an integral part of my life. Growing up with a passion for ballet, I learned the importance of discipline from a young age, and that mindset has shaped so much of who I am today. At just fourteen, I moved to Melbourne to study full-time at the Australian Ballet, which ultimately sparked my love for fitness.

In 2015, I founded Hyper (formerly known as Ballet Body), and ten years later, I’m still as passionate as ever about empowering women to prioritise their health. In November 2024, I became a Mum to my daughter Myla, which has given me an entirely new perspective and deeper appreciation for the strength and resilience of the female body. My workouts are fun yet challenging and I hope they make you realise just how good working out can make you feel. I give a whole lot of energy when teaching, motivating you to keep going when you (and I) think we can’t. I’m with you every step of the way, in every workout.

I am so excited to have you join this community and truly hope you enjoy the workouts as much as I do!
