Think of it as mothers group but for movement. We want to create a safe, encouraging, authentic space in our studio Mums to feel comfortable getting back into movement together. 

This is a 5 week program is for mums to have somewhere to show up, to do something for YOU, to regain your strength, reconnect to your core, improve posture & to feel GOOD whilst doing so. Movement has such a positive impact on our mental and physical selves & by joining this program, we believe you will show up better in all aspects of your life. Because YOU are important too!
