Welcome to our brand new program, 21 day Recharge with Mia & Oceana. The feedback we recieved after ‘Reboot’ inspired us to design another beginner friendly program, taking it up a notch. It’s time to level up as we continue to build strength of not only your body but your mind. This program is for anyone who may be new to fitness & wants to learn how to create healthy habits that are managable & enjoyable.

Who is this program for?

This program is for all women who…

  • Are new to fitness and want an achievable flexible workout routine that is beginner friendly.
  • May be a new mum finding your groove getting back into beginner friendly wokrouts that still have energy & drive. 
  • Want to improve your overall strength, especially core stability & endurance in the comfort of your own home. 
  • Want to learn how to cook delicious healthy under 20 minute recipes.

RECHARGE IS FOR YOU

What is involved in this program?

This program involves 4 x workouts per week ranging from…

Signature – This class is sharp, efficent & full of energy. It’s all about sculpting those hard to tone femanine areas but keeping it fun whilst doing so.

Strength – Using slightly heavier weights, this class is designed to build strength, tone of the body & focus on form.

Form – A mat pilates inspired class, its’s time to slow things down, to feel that deep burn & to sculpt the abs, butt & arms.

Run club – An optional progressive 3 week running program for beginners to pair together with our workouts. Both Oceana & Mia enjoy squeezing in 1-2 runs per week so we wanted to give you the option to get involved.

What equipment do I need?

1kg & 3kg weights, pilates ball, band & sliders.
